Theatre Building, Nathan Phillips Square, Phase 2

Architect of Record: PLANT Architect Inc. in joint venture with Perkins + Will

The building acts as an extension of the square, an outdoor canopied performance space, and a building housing theatrical support spaces. The support spaces are concealed beneath the stages, partially suspended within the 4-storey below-grade parking garage structure. Support spaces include change rooms, VIP suites, A/V tech rooms, and a Green Room.

From 2009-2014 Vis acted as a project architect at Perkins + Will Architects, Toronto. Working with an associate and design principal, Vis managed a team within the office from design development through contract documents.
